to me it seems they were gauging the audience preference to make a decision based on that. a significant portion of the audience did not want episodic release and they also think it will be better released non-episodically. they didn't say the majority vote would determine the outcome and the result seems to be a happy medium to me

hi, great game so far really enjoying it! im pretty early on (mid summer year one) and was wondering about the timeline. i don't necessarily want to hang out with every character i've unlocked each month before seeing the event but don't want to be locked out of certain characters. after the five years, does the game end? i've noticed there seems to be more events than seasons in the five years but not sure. does the game continue as long as there are events/characters to develop?

beautiful game with incredible atmosphere! i cannot over exaggerate how much the different hair textures are so meaningful and improve the experience as a black player sooo much

also for anyone's route if you want to avoid spoilers and also want the good ending you can save at every choice and wait to see the diamond within a few dialogues. if you dont see it go back and choose the other 

ok cool but like..this is a good visual novel that abides by its genre's standards. saying "it would be great" if it did things visual novels rarely if ever do is not a really valid critique, it's a personal subjective issue with the format of this genre. i have very severe adhd and a very short attention span and still enjoyed this (and other games where i dont move the character but can activate my imagination) quite a lot
